The case information displayed on the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office website is entered into the Advanced Civil Enforcement System(ACES) by individual Court clerks and the Sheriff’s Office Civil Enforcement Branch’s administrative support clerks. The case data viewable in the format shown on this system is provided with the consent of the participating Court clerks. The Court clerks are the official custodians of the records, and while every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the actual Court records are the official records. The Sheriff’s Office provides the technology support needed to operate ACES.
